The services below are a starting point—everything I offer can be tailored to your needs and preferences. Together, we’ll create the support that feels right for you.

    • Getting to know you and your partner/s!

    • Childbirth education

    • Creating/ envisioning birth preferences to serve as a guide

    • Practicing labor positions and movements that can be used as a tool during all three stages of labor

    • Opening a safe space to talk about life experiences and any emotions that come up surrounding your birth

    • Suggestions for coping - emotionally, physically, and mentally

    • Comfort measures and techniques to assist in labor

    • Movement and positioning for progress—honoring your body’s instincts and the physiology of birth

    • Feeding support—whether breastfeeding, chestfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a combination—whatever works best for you and your baby

    • Space to reflect on and process your birth experience—if and when you're ready

    • Referrals to trusted providers—lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health support, bodywork, and more

    • Support in navigating the transition into parenthood

Birth Package $1500
Includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Access to phone support during early labor and in person support from early/ active labor and throughout your birth whether in a birthing center or hospital.

  • 1-2 hours immediate postpartum support after birth

  • 2 postpartum visits with option to extend for hourly rate

Postpartum shift
Includes:

  • 4 hour daytime shift ($45/hr) or 8 hour overnight shift ($50/hr)

  • Assistance with newborn care, lactation support, processing birth experience, household tasks, and general support adjusting to parenthood with your family dynamic.

  • Shifts are individualized based on families wants and needs!
